I've fished this style for a number of years now, but my limitation is time. I have more money to dedicate to it now, but I still can't see to get enough weekends to justify the spend on a new boat, electronics, etc. So I suffer along with the humble tools I have.

My crew is less dependable too. Father In Law isn't able to go much anymore, older son just got married and younger is at college. Starting to wonder if I need to go solo? Just another stage I guess.

I work right across the river from you at Pilot Knob and 494. My cell is 612.518.1476 and my email is mike.mcgurran@yahoo.com. Feel free to use or ping me whenever. Information from good fisherman is key to all our success, so am glad you are here sharing.

    Take care sir.

    nice rig...
I was 8 year navy here. USS Texas CGN-39 and USS Nimitz CVN-68... seen more ocean then I ever wanted to see

Funny how the waves never affected me back then, but how they kick my ass now.
