AcuTroller - Mobile apps for accurate trolling

Available today for Android are the first results of my efforts from the last few months to produce trolling depth app. I've missed a lot of sleep, and fishing time to put this together but I think it was well worth it.
Right now these are available for android, but will be available soon on iPhone as well!

Please check out my website, and the apps on the 'google play' :

    Thanks in advance!

Check out todays blog for a good reason to buy AcuTroller apps...

A nice morning on the water... and a good reason for AcuTroller 07/14/2012

I went out Wednesday morning fishing with my buddy Lloyd, along with Dan and Tom out of Manistique as we had heard the bite has been pretty good. Ran 12 lines, including several dipsy's which I used my beta version of AcuDipsy for. We went 5 for 7 on the morning, with 2 nice fish coming on my dipsy/lurh jensen coyote flasher/big weenie fly combo.

On the way in we decided to check some shallower areas and started marking a ton of fish down at the bottom in about 75 fow, so we hurriedly deployed 2 dipsy divers... checking my app I suggested 115 feet of line to hug the bottom and set my wire dispy diver for that what I expected to be about 10 feet off the bottom. Tom set his out to "130something" and almost right away he thought there was a fish on.... I asked if he was SURE it was a fish (rod tip looked to me like it was bouncing bottom!) ... sure enough the bottom grabbed about 40 dollars worth of gear and my new favorite mag dipsy, flasher and fly. thanks for lunch Tom! This is part of the reason I created these apps.... we did the same thing on superior in the spring, guessing and letting out too much line on our slide divers, then losing gear or not catching fish. NO MORE!

Apple has a submission, and approval process that takes a week (hah!) to a month. Sometimes they come back to you, and the process starts over. We are waiting for apple on this for a few, and my iphone developer on a few more. I hope this season!
I know that over the winter we will have probably 10 apps released, and an upgradable 'combo pack'. Plus, I have gotten some good suggestions from people on my apps, and will include some improvements in version 2.0 this winter, (which you get for free once you have bought the app in the first place).

    Thanks for your interest.

I find my phone sooo useful for many things... this is just one good app available, completing your electronic tacklebox (and compared to some of the lures in my tackle box, darn cheap!)

Me too! BB really screwed up their potential. Have to wait till my contract is up in March, then I can get a real phone and use decent apps like this.
