    thats what i was hoping to avoid as well, but haven't found a better way yet

    Another season on my tr1 in the books. Once again flawless performance all year. Mine does have a slow leak its had from the start that i need to add about 2 tablespoons of fluid per year not sure where the leak is but for sure its comig from the pump unit and not the hoses. But ever so slow i just add the fluid and move on with life. Also i have mine rigged to a yamaha 9.9 which only has a 6 amp charging system but i never had had battery issues. One thing i tell people is to not worry about hooking to gps because the gyroscope is far more accurate and its much easier to do step turns when u need a course adjustment.
