Chequamegon bay ice fishing

Took my son and friend out this weekend.
Fishing was very slow for us. Couple pike on tip ups some small perch. Bunch of smelt..

Seen several walleyes and different trout on underwater camera they would nip at bait but wouldnt bite it..

We were out in the lighthouse area.

Anyone else ice fish the bay.?

Sounds like you had a decent trip, was pretty slow for us as well. Another foot of snow in the forecast for tomorrow, should make things interesting!!!
